Teacher compensation package for 2012-2013 Foreign contract
 

1.

Annual Basic Salary:

US $37,800-US $55,125

 

 

 

2.

Start Up Allowance:

One time Start Up Allowance of US $500

 

 

 

3.

Baggage Allowance(Entry):

US $1000 against submission of receipt

 

 

 

4.

Baggage Allowance (End of Contract)

US $1500 against submission of receipt

 

 

 

5.

End of Service Payment:

In accordance with the Saudi Labour Law accrued for two (2) weeks salary per year.

 

 

 

6.

Annual Local Transportation :

10 % of Basic Salary

 

 

 

7.

Housing:

Free Housing and utilities (electricity, water and maintenance excluding telephone and internet).  Alternatively, up-to-three (3) months basic salary payment.

 

 

 

8.

Health Insurance:

To be provided by Advanced Learning Company

 

 

 

9.

Airfare:

To include Economy Class Ticket to home of record for the teacher and dependents- up to two children.

 

 

 

10.

Visa Fees:

One Re-entry / Exit Visa per year at School’s expense.

 

 

 

 Note :All salary and related payments are made in Saudi Riyals, a highly stable currency.

 

 

Teacher compensation package for 2012-2013 Local contract

 

1.

Monthly Basic Salary:

SR  4400 – 13,200

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.

End of Service Payment:

In accordance with the Saudi Labour Law accrued for two (2) weeks salary per year.

 

 

 

3.

Local Transportation :

10 % of Basic Salary

 

 

 

4.

Housing (For male only) :

25% of basic salary payment, paid monthly

 

 

 

5.

Health Insurance:

To be provided by Advanced Learning Company

 

 

 

6.

Airfare (For male only) :

To include Economy Class Ticket to home of record for the teacher, wife and dependents- up to two children, if status in contract is married.

 

 

 

7.

Visa Fees (For male only) :

One Re-entry / Exit Visa per year at School’s expense.
